  • I go about 3 times a week and really think you should be wearing good trainers, for ankle support and to minimise impact on your feet.. Just my opinion though! Have lotsa fun with ya zumba dvd's..can't wait for them to come out in the Uk!

  • I only weigh myself once a week..Thursday mornings @ roughly the same time every week..i dont think weighing yourself does anything for your motivation and i can't see how it can give a true analysis of how you're doing, surely it's better once a week to see what you're actually doing, you can then see what you did well…

  • Buy a decent scratching post.. my cat obliterated the carpet on my stairs and the back of the couch .. even though he had access to trees in the garden lol!   • Get your husband to do some of the running about after the kids .. and maybe that way you can free up some time for yourself..perhaps he could make dinner a couple of nights a week too? I work full time and we are rennovating a house in our free time, but i make time to exercise n if my partner has to make his own dinner…

  • I never log @ weekends..i still exercise plenty but if i fancy a Mac donalds as a treat i have it n it doesn't get logged..but neither does my exercise so i think they cancel eachother out..It works for me anyhow :happy:
