If you haven't had kids already, you may have larger breasts once you get pregnant. I gained two cup sizes almost overnight and they haven't gone away (and I've lost/gained weight since then and no change). For now, or if not having kids, you can get some lovely padded bras.

I browsed the forums over there. I felt sickened by some of what was in there. There seemed to be a lot of 16-18 year old girls wanting to be stick thin. There were threads calling a variety of celebrities fat, including one about Victoria Beckham (pretty much most people's standard of super-thin) where some folks…

I love Chobani lemon and the honey variety. I will have to try some of the Oikos because toasted coconut sounds awesome.

Eat delicious raspberries instead. They are so awesome and good for you. YUM!

I signed up for a boot camp class at my gym that starts at 5:45 AM. I *have* to be there so I get up and go because the whole class is there waiting for me. If you can't do something like that, get a buddy to work out with or at least to be accountable with (i.e. a check-in sometime during the day about the workout). I…

I resisted chocolate cupcakes all weekend and stuck to my eating plan. I treated myself to an issue of Clean Eating magazine. If that type of small reward isn't in your budget, maybe treat yourself to a couple of hours at your local library reading magazines, a nice long bubble bath, painting your nails a pretty color, a…

Greek yogurt has a great protein count, so that may work well for you. You can also have fruit, smoothies with protein powder, etc. Breakfast doesn't necessarily have to be "breakfast foods" only. Make yourself a nice salad with lean meat for breakfast if that suits you.

I love my Ultra, and I'm totally getting the Flex when it is available. It keeps track of all the steps I'm taking in a given day, it tracks my sleep and lets me know if I'm actually sleeping all night, and I love having access to all the data. I wear it in the middle of my bra in between the cups, with the clip. You can't…

"Hey, I am totally convinced by your argument on the abortion debate and will now change my mind." SAID NO ONE EVER.

My kids, my husband, my family, my friends, my co-workers. Random acts of kindness. That someone on our street always plows the driveway/shovels the steps of our elderly neighbors - in fact sometimes there is a contest to see who can get there first, LOL, and it's always done anonymously. That when my FIL was really sick…

Sandra Lee. I hate her with the fire of 1,000 suns.

ITA with newme13. Calories in vs. calories out, exercise and eat well. Personally, I don't focus on carbs. I'm losing consistantly. Gluten intolerance is comparatively rare. Gluten sensitivity may be more common. If you think that you are actually gluten intolerant or sensitive, speak to your health care professional. You…

LMAO. That is totally hilarious. Attorneys are totally making billions upon billions of dollars by people being addicted to food. /sarcasm Tinfoil hats for everyone! LOL An addiction to food is every bit as "real" as an addiction to any other drug.

I agree with you, at least on the philosophy side of your argument. I don't set up a "cheat" day. I have made a lifestyle change, and I can't really cheat on a lifestyle. I don't allow a "free day" during the week where I don't count calories or can eat tons of junk because (1) I don't eat that way anymore; (2) for me, it…

We are having tacos tonight at home. I'm going to put the taco meat on a salad, add in the veggies and salsa and have a taco salad. By eliminating the tortillas, I get rid of calories that I don't want/need, but I still get the delicious "insides" of the tacos. I don't add cheese or sour cream because I don't want to. :)

I love eggs. I don't eat the shell, and I'm not concerned with where it emerges from the chicken. Delicious eggs. I like them hard-boiled with cracked black pepper and sea salt. YUM!

I am not ever giving up peanut butter unless I develop a life-threatening allergy. It fits into my calories, so I'm eating it. LOL

I use a digital scale that I can zero out so that I can put a plate on it, zero out the weight of the plate and figure out exactly how many ounces of meat I have, etc. I like the precision of using a food scale, and it was like $25 on Amazon.

Have healthy snacks ready to go when you sit down for a session and apportion out what you have already figured into your daily calories. Air-popped popcorn with seasoning Celery and other veggies with dip (hummus, yogurt) Nuts (be careful of portion size). I would also make sure that you aren't hungry when you sit down -…

Preorder for the flex is sold out, but I don't think anyone has received one yet. I'm on the "notify" list for when the flex is actually available. I had one of the first Fitbit generations (pre-Ultra). I loved it. I wore it all the time, it gave me great data, and it was awesome. I killed it with sweat. LOL Seriously, I…

No kidding! Diet coke is a mixture of incredibly delicious chemicals. I stopped drinking it, but I didn't stop loving it. LOL I'm okay right now with skipping it, so I'm going to go with that. And yeah, I was drinking a huge amount of it. I managed not to drink any throughout two pregnancies and when my kids were babies,…

And I also apologize because I immediately assumed a tone that obviously wasn't implied. :) In any event, I stopped drinking soda almost 4 weeks ago. I am now in my 4th week of a "boot camp" workout class that meets 4 x per week for 45 minutes (at 5:45 AM, which is ridiculously early, IMO). I also started eating a much…

You don't mean that to be rude? LOL Of course that is rude. In no way was Bakkasan saying that Diet Soda makes you fat/doesn't make you fat. He was pointing out that *you* can choose to drink it or not. Given what you posted about the debunking of myths, he actually seems to be agreeing with you.
-
Agree. Here are my reasons for giving it up (4 weeks now): 1. When I was drinking tons of Diet Soda, I wasn't drinking enough water. Now I drink lots of water and plain green tea. 2. It is expensive compared to plain tap water. I was spending at least $4 per day on Diet Coke. Now I drink water for free from the tap and…

I take: Multivitamin/mineral 2x per day Calcium 2x per day And my Rx medicines for chronic hives Nothing horribly exciting. LOL

Well I ate three eggs yesterday, but they were regular chicken eggs, does that count? LOL

1,000 calories per day is probably too low for you. I actually lose more weight in the weeks where my calories are higher than my "MFP goal." Eat good, whole, healthy foods, drink plenty of water, exercise (even a little bit helps - walking at a slow pace even helps) and keep moving forward. The weight loss will be a…

You look amazing! And your hair is fabulous. I love the new look. :)

You are doing really well, and you are a very pretty girl. Best of luck to you. :)
