Powerade zero is what keeps me hydrated it has potassium and salt. I've been drinking tons of powerade zero and haven't seen any ill effects. Now French Fries thats a different story haha But I have only been at this a week so I'll keep my options open.

I feel your pain. Don't lose hope. I'm not sure how the salt thing works but I noticed when I have the low cal Chicken Fijita Pita (320 cal 700+mg) my weight bumps up. Not sure if thats water weight. I've been trying to lose weight by just calorie watching and so far its been pretty good but I may be at a plateau. Instead…

The app should calculate that for you. I selected my current weight and goal and selected how many pounds a day you want to lose then it tells you the number of calories to eat. I also found some low cal fast food options

I noticed that too. Even when I'm under my goal calorie intake for the day. I think sometimes the water (Powerade 0) adds some weight. But I think if you watch the sodium/calorie intake then things should balance out. over the week/months. at least thats what I'm hoping for =D

I'm on day 3 so keep that in mind. But i switched from beer to vodka with carbinated water and zero calorie powerade (classy =D). Keeping my calorie budget I have lost 2 lbs a day. Eat, drink and be Merry.
