You prob already know it but I like The Quick Magical Breakfast Blaster. It is recommended by Dr. Oz. 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 Tablespoon flax oil seed, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 Tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon Psyllium husks (metamucil).
