  • I prep roasted veggies on sundays and have them with eggs or sausage or chicken for breakfast or lunch. Otherwise, I eat raw veggies with a hard boiled egg and a few berries after my morning workout. I also eat leftover dinner after workouts often.
  • I had a grilled chicken breast with cajun seasoning, grilled onions and peppers, lettuce and tomato, and a few slices of andouille sausage. On the side was roasted sweet potato chunks and a couple dill pickles. SO GOOD!

  • After reducing my sugar intake, I found most flavored coffee drinks just too sweet. I LOOOOOOVE a pumpkin spice latte though, so I have been ordering a triple shot with a splash of coconut milk or 2% and just one pump of pumpkin spice. It feels super indulgent as a one a week treat after drinking black coffee all week!
  • I burn around 400-500 calories with exercise 5 or 6 days per week (I exercise 3 days on 1 day off in a cycle). I eat back 200 of these and "save" the rest for the weekend.   • all you noosa fans... mexican chocolate in the 4 pack of 4 oz containers. Add berries, coconut, and/or slivered almonds (or eat it plain). However you decide to eat it, just get it!!!
  • The noosa pineapple jalapeño is good, not as good as the blackberry serrano, but good. I have the Bhakti chai noosa in the fridge right now. The mexican chocolate noosa is the best new flavor, though! It is my favorite dessert with some berries and slivered almonds! YUM!
  • team garmin here too... i had a fitbit flex and it died after about 15 months of constant (outside of charging it) wear. I researched and decided on the garmin vivofit2. I LOVE it. no charging and no worries about it when I am swimming. In fact, it tracks my swims and my biking too!
