251 and started today! I would walk a few minutes then jog a minute. I ended up walking 30 minutes and jogging 11.

I try to walk 60 minutes every day and today I tried some jogging. That's pretty much all I do is walk.

I eat 2 or 3 snacks a day but I'm diabetic and have to. See what works best for you.

My husband lost 50 lbs doing nothing and I gained 40! It makes me so mad but before long I WILL be smaller then him.

I don't go to a gym but it bugs me when it's cold outside and everyone else is trying to stay warm and people are out in little tight shorts and a jacket.

Two things! My blood sugar this morning was 87 and I wore a pair of jeans that I couldn't tell you the last time I wore them.

I am a type 2 diabetic and what works for me may not work for others and what worked for me once might not work for me again. It is an ongoing battle. I would research what the recommended allowance is and tweak it to what works for you.

I have really been trying the last 3 weeks and have only lost one pound. This is why I am giving MFP another try. But there is a lot in that one pound lost. I feel better and have more energy. I do think I have gotten smaller so the weight is just a number. In the past I would have given up already.

I love chocolate too! I eyeball the dark chocolate every time I am in Walmart but pass it up. Instead, I have been trying the chocolate flavored yogurts but it just isn't the same.

I drink Slimfast for lunch or dinner or eat a meal bar and I do Adkins shakes/meal bars in the mornings since I can't have all the sugar in the mornings. I'm diabetic.
