<3 this! Love lifting, and am getting back to where I was before pretty quickly as far as strength.. im older and wiser than my early 20's and am looking forward to increasing my strength.

Mine says 150, I weighed 172 when I lied and put 150..lol!! Got up to 287 and am down to 228. 78# to go before I can own my lie.

I do an hour swim once a week and I agree it is very relaxing. It has helped me tremendously with foot pain as well. I think the movements of swimming have loosened up the joints that are stiff. Loving it and refuse to ever stop now:) Backstroke is a great starter for beginners. Dont have to worry about the breathing much.…

Lol! Love it! Such an interesting way to look at the loss. I randomly will be holding something and think omg I've lost the equivalent of x amount of this and I can imagine carrying that around All day!

Last labor day we took my daughter horseback riding for the first time ever. Pictures are a huge motivator for me. I take a picture every 10lbs to see the progress. Keeps me happy to see those changes. When I look in the mirror I never felt fat until I saw photos of myself.

My sister lost about 140. Lifting weigjts really helped her firm up that loose skin. The only place she had a toigh time with was her stomach. But over time it looked better.

I worked out at home for years and gained weight AFTER I joined a gym! EEk

Also, i only sleep about 3 hours 5 days a week so it seems like one continuous day.

I work nights 9pm-6am. I start and end my day at 630am because I get home and go to sleep. Thats what has always worked for me. It seems easier to spread my calories across the day.

I have horrible mommy guilt and as a result of it I gained 45# over 5 years between my daughter and son and another 30 since I had my son in May 2013.
