Did wallsits after a walk (quads were warmed) and managed 5:00! Later, Girvan's 15:00 core (all planks!). Amazing how that was doable (struggled the last 10secs every so often, but I didn's have to do my variations). Soh's 5 min or Reif's 7 min make my lower back hurt! Ty, Beeps and Happy New Year, yall! Me: 2 LNS: 0 I am happy w early dinner (unless I get home late and didn't eat out) and no more snacking afterwards. Aiming for IF 16/8, so the earlier the dinner, the better π.
