I agree that sodium is the only one you really should watch out of those 3. I try and eat high protein and go over by quite a bit every day and fiber is good for you too. Just make sure if you are eating over your sodium you are drinking more water to flush it out.

The only wy to really know for sure is to purchase a hert rate monitor with watch and chest strap as they are the most accurate. I have a polar ft4 and love it! I like knowing what I'm burning because everyone's body is different and MFP's calculations are just a general estimation.

I'm 5'6" and my ultimate goal is 135-140 but I don't want to look sickly. I couldn't tell you the last time I was that weight and do t even know how I would look. I'm aiming right now for 150 and will re-evaluate once I get there. If I'm happy with how I look and feel then the number doesn't matter as much. Good luck!

I'm a hairstylist and I won't lecture you on going to a salon because I understand money is tight, please please please at least go to Sally beauty supply and get decent salon quality color. You will spend the same amount as box color but quality is much better!

Are you drinking enough water? I know that when I dont drink 8+ glasses a day I retain water really bad. Also, you said you are sticking around 1200 calories but are you eating healthy foods or junk foods?? Is it around that time of month? Do you measure your foods with a food scale or are you just "eye balling" it?…

You need a filler put on your hair first because being that your hair is already colored and soo light it is going to suck the color and it will pull the warmth so yes you may end up with a funky color.... Muscle weighs more than fat. You should take body measurements to see if your losing inches because you could be losing the fat but gaining muscle.

Well it's thwt TOM and I had an awful binge weekend :( up from 189.6 last week to 194.2 :((((. Back at it strong today tho and my plan for workouts this week is to get in JM 30 Day Shred. And if I have the time I will throw in my kickboxing bootcamp a few times.

QOD: my favorite or go to workout.... I would have to say my 10 minute soultion kick boxing bootcamp. I usually do all 5 ten minute workouts together. I usually see a good calorie burn with that one and it work every area if you do all 5!

I'm joining in on day of my journey with the 17 day diet, I will stay with cycle 1 the extra days to stay on track with the group! My start weight monday was 199.6 and today was 195.2. Will post a new start weight when we begin.
