I dont know what eating habbits everyone here has, but i am a snacker. I HAVE to eat inbetween main meals or ill go insane. that means my main meals have now fewer calories so i can afford to snack. That propably gets me up to 10 meals a day, if you count every ricecake or tangerine or yoghurt i eat as a meal. Im not doing…

im here since oct. 31. ive lost 13 pounds (was 180 aswell) thats about what your goal is (maybe a little less) so you can do it. im doing 1400 calories a day. good luck!

And I have to agree with your statement: I want to feel great about my body! That's all that matters, weather you wear a bikini or swimsuit, as long as you feel good about your body! I can tell you guys: that takes away atleast 15 pounds, confidence!!!

yaaay, great! do we want to set weekly goals? ok, ill start: within the next 7 days i want to be in the lower 160s during these 7 days i will walk my dog atleast 4 times ill do belly exercises on my wii fit for atleast 10 minutes a day :sad: (that will be the hardest!)
