I'd love to be your MFP friend! The good thing about that is, that we can see each others diaries and exercises and therefore I am always happy if somebody tells me if I do something wrong.

Wow, I live in Shoalwater! That's a small world indeed, isn't it? I'll send you a friend request, it would be really nice to have a local as a friend here!

Add me if you'd like some real encouraging and butt-kicking.  I honestly don't exercise every day, but 4 times a week is good enough for me. :ohwell: I wouldn't put in 2 minutes of walking either, but I don't care about that, I try to respect other's decisions as what they are. Theirs. (But I can see where…

I've been eating 1200 cal for 4 weeks now. From tomorrow it'll be 1500/1600 cal. :drinker: As I understand you shouldn't eat just 1200 cal in long-term. :ohwell: But that's the individual's decision.
-
If you think like that, I assume you're a vegetarian? Cause otherwise I'd just laugh. There's more antibiotics in MEAT than most other things we eat nowadays. What's with cheese, guys? And Yoghurt, do you not eat those things either?

Why not just waiting out the cycle? :noway: you know it's over in a couple of days, the body's just adjusting...

You look so sexy in that red dress! :flowerforyou: Keep it up, woman!

I'm having a large salad with cucumber, capsicum, carrots, lettuce, zucchini, mushrooms (and what else I can find in the fridge), hard-boiled eggs, cashews and a little bit of cheese in it.

You can see a real change, why stopping now? Just go through with your exercises and you'll be in best shape in no time!

I am 5''8 and at the moment at 215lb. I eat 1200 calories a day but I will go up to around 1400/1500 on Monday. The 1200 were just for the first few weeks.

Does it help when I say, my PT costs me 40 Australian $ an hour? If you feel comfortable with her, if she pushes you and you push yourself and if she helps you if you have any other problems nutritional wise, then go for it. Take it as a hobby kind of thing, if nothing else helps...

Squashes (including zucchini), eggplant, silverbeet, brussel sprouts... Many children don't like brussel sprouts though. Just take the child with you for shopping, and she/he can choose for her/himself.

Hi! Same here, I am with a meat-lover who claims vegetarianism is de-evolutionary. We both respect each others choices. I stopped eating meat or fish "cold turkey" one day to the other. I don't think there are any benefits or disadvantages to changing gradually. If you chose to be vegetarian because of ethical claims you…

Congrats on your 10lb. What's gone is gone, isn't it?

You look wow, congrats :flowerforyou: The only thing I don't like is that you shaved... :grumble:
-
Yeah those damn carbs... :grumble: My shakes (from growing natural) have 24gr of protein per serve, 4gr carbs (1gr sugar). That's a nice boost as well.
-
I'm making my own shakes out of natural yoghurt, milk, water, soft tofu, fruits, nuts,... There's no limit to the imagination. If I don't have time and need a protein boost - which is not very often - I use growing natural brown rice protein powder. Although the shop I buy it gets it from the USA, I think, nothing…

@VergingOnVega What I meant with extreme is the "forcing your opinion on others, who are definitely not worth anything, cause they're not "on your side"" that has been mentioned a couple of times in this topic.
