  • You're awesome...just saying.
  • I'm doing the Young and Raw 30 day smoothie challenge so I'm told every day what to put it in. But I like them everyday so that's OK. I look forward to get my email to tell me what to put in it.
  • Agreed, went by so fast. My plan is 2 part. First...get obsessed, tricep dips while commercials are on, 20 push ups before getting into bed, taking stairs whenever possible, dropping things on the floor at work just so I can get a squat in...ok that may be pushing it. Lots of veggies and fruit. Second...I'm going to try…
  • You go girl. P.S. You can not say your lazy. After what you've done....anything but lazy!!!
  • cW. 113.8.
  • I'm scared. it's just all the nibbling being at home for 4 days. Chocolate here, chocolate there...they all add up. I didn't record them since it was only 1!! (one at a time that is). I've learned that I need to record every last crumb if I want this to work.
  • Im not celiac but a lot of my family members are so I've cut back on a lot of stuff. I do feel a lot better since doing this. Not sure where you are but in Canada we have Bulk Barn that has an awesome selection of gluten free products. I now only eat rice pasta. I just avoid breads and et way more fruits and veggies. Its…
  • I have resorted to theft to keep me on track this weekend!! Haha. Where I work there's a small gym in the basement with a TV and some DVD's. One of the DVD's is Jillian's Shred. I tried it the other day and loved it. I live north of Toronto and the weather is still quite crappy for doing anything outside yet so i thought…
  • SW 116 03/20 114 03/27 114 I actually thought it was going to be a gain since I've been eating out lots. Cindy
  • I'm going to weigh in no matter what. Not sure how it's going to fair as I've been out at restaurant a lot but trying to compensate with salads and extra work outs when I can. We'll see. Think light everyone. Cindy
  • Yum, what's on the bottom? Banana, then PB, then Nutella then banana?

  • I Know. I found that so interesting as well. How bizarre.
  • Agreed, makes all the difference in the world having proper running shoes. Go to a well known store for running (Running Room). I wear Saucony's after trying everything else and being told by Dr.'s to stop running because of the pain. I refused to stop, just kept shopping until I found a pair that worked for me.
  • the one that I struggle with as a runner is (and I'm in no way passing judgement here) "I can't run". No excuse, no explanation, just saying "I can't run". I probably said the same thing 16 years ago when I started running and made it about 5 houses down the road. I increased block by block and now I'm running races. I was…
  • Thanks for looking after this.
  • I'm with you guys on this one. My husband can eat anything and he trys to put on a few pounds!! Came home last night to the smell of homemade fries. Thankfully there were none left when I got home and I had my grilled chicken and salad. he is trying to sympathyze with me but he slipped up last night. I can still smell…
  • Does anyone happen to know if there's a run in Toronto? I went on the website and didn't see it but when I googled it Toronot came up as 1 of the sights.
  • CW 114.2 It was an easy week for me since I had no functions to go to, so no red wine, but makes for a very boring life!! Easter weekend will be the killer.
  • Who's idea was it to start the week of St. Paddy's anyway??!! Haha, I must say I didn't have my usual consumption. I did restrain somewhat. Also, not sure of the calories for green food colouring. Hopefully not too much!! Cindy
  • I did a 5 km rub this morning in Toronto. Not a great time but finished in the freezing cold. Only issue is they served beer and chili after the race. Just when i was doing so well.
  • i did a boot camp this morning in anticipation of a luncheon here at work and I already checked the menu out at the restaurant we're going to and they have a salad with grilled chicken and goat cheese (no dressing of course). Do I skip the goat cheese or treat?? Hmm. Maybe if I skip the goat cheese and have a glass of wine…
  • I wish there was a "like" button!!
  • Thanks for the challenge. I'm in. Better get started.
  • OK, just made mine open. But my issue is I don't always put down absolutely everything. I convince myself that I don't really need to record those 8 ju jubes- which happens to be a little bit of an addiction righnt now. Stupid lady at work brought in a big huge bag and plunked on a table right in front of my office.…

  • Welcome fellow Canadian. Good luck. I'm not sure how this friend thing works and I've never posted anything before but I think it's time for me as I'm in a bit of a slump right now. Cindy
