My english bulldog will fart, look at me, lay her head back down, and act as though nothing happened. Her farts are horrible - and since I have a fan that blows on me - they blow right in my face. Awful, awful smell, but I can't kick her out. She's my baby.

All 3 of my dogs share the bed with my husband and I. My yorkiepom and pomeranian don't take up much space, but the english bulldog thinks she is the queen of the bed and makes sure she has plenty of space for herself. lol Love my animals and wouldn't have it any other way.

The thing that helped me was increasing my protein. Also look for empty calories that you can get rid of (from juices, soda, and other sweetened drinks). Good luck! You can do this.

I also disagree - I started running around 230 lbs and down to 217 lbs now. I may not look pretty - it may not be fast, but I won't hold back just because I'm not at some magical number.

It's required at the gym I go to that you wipe down the equipment when you are done with the bottles of solution they have available to all members.

I have been on my weight loss journey for a year - I gain weight every month during that week - as soon as it is over, I lose that weight and often a little more. My body bloats regardless of what I try. If you find it too discouraging refrain from weighing during that week.

Mine is 1480 right now, but I honestly don't know if I'm eating the right amount.
