hi, have you set up your goals in the programming? maybe they need to be adjusted. I'm 5'2" and mmmmmmmmmmmmmxhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmm wt and it set me up for 1300 calories. are you doing strength training too maybe on opposite days throw in some 5 lb or 3 lb dumbbells for your arms.......inches are great. remember muscles…

One of the things I've seen in a lot of places is to consciously sit and eat at the table with no distractions, no reading/tv/computer and just enjoy every bite, really taste it. Slow down chew more, stop between bites and sip your drink.Hope this helps you. I have this problem too. working on it.

I agree with these 2 other quotes. You look great after the gain back. your shape is well defined. If you want to be stronger or go for one spot exercises that's ok but don't go to extremes. and definitely lose the boyfriend unless he can accept you for you.

knix......is correct from everything I've ever heard. As a nurse I know your pelvis is an indicator (bigger gives baby more room to come through in labor) and I have used that same wrist and finger thing. also I know petite has to do with your inseam length and ht.
