weigh Day Tues Last wt 2 weeks ago 202.2 Today 202.8lbs I am getting very nervous about the forthcoming holiday season. This is where I get myself in deep waters.Even though, I prepare and eat healthy meals,my biggest problem is my portion control and snacks. Help!

Two months left in the year and I am certain that I will not meet my goal.I have tracked on Mfp for 2627 days .If only I could be disciplined and be consistent :( :s with my food choices I will surely do better. Having lost 50 lbs,two years ago ,I know that I can do it so I am not giving up. I am here for the long haul.
