Thanks for the encouragement everybody! :-)

Cycling (outside, for real!) is my favorite form of exercise. You may want to go longer, since it's easy to slack and coast after a big uphill, lol, but as an alternate it's more fun than running (at least in my opinion).

Totally true, but it's more apparent to me because I've regressed and regained what took me four months to lose. I know I am not obese, but I just had more definition, and it's esp apparent when I sit! :-( But thank you for the encouragement, I do appreciate it!

Thanks. This is what I am working with now. I feel like I may have gained more fat than the poundage says (compared to my profile pic) The big issue, as I see it, is I started working at a bar. Good for money, bad for drinking beer and eating cheese sandwiches three nights a week!

Funny you should ask! Last september I had hernia surgery, so I haven't been able to lift until about a month ago, and very lightly (all machines, no free) at that. Been doing planks, too. pushup position, then each side. All for 30 seconds each, twice. In terms of exercise, I tried for 30-40 minutes. When it was warmer, I…

174 to 156 Before - front Before - side Current- Front Current - Side My weight is fluctuating a lot, so that "156" is an average. e.g., I weighed 160 when I went out for my run, and 157 when I came back. A week ago, I weighed 153, and a day before that 159. But on a different thread, i learned that as your fat is replaced…

oops guess that super before is actually from 2005! never believe that youth means skinny!

Thanks! I did know that, in theory, water retention changes weight, but there's one poster on the one you gave me that says we move 8lbs of water per day! That explains a lot.

Thanks!

upload your photos to photobucket.com. Then just click on the gear icon, and choose "get links". Click on the URL link, and then paste it here. But you have to only keep the part of the link between the "IMG" and you have to change the IMG to lower case.

Thanks! Sometimes I can't see it, so it's nice that others can. I mainly only think of how my stomach looks when I'm sitting down... :-(

Thanks!

Feeling demotivated today. I haven't gained any weight, but I feel like my body looks flabbier than it did, even two weeks ago. I decided to cut my daily calorie intake from 1734 to 1634 to combat any plateau-ing. Current Two Weeks Ago Before

Nice video! Thanks for the support, and good luck with your weight loss, too!

Just realized that the title of this post could very well be the title of an old school country song. That is all.

Thanks! Yeah, my goal is another 10. Hopefully by then I can start lifting again (had surgery a couple months ago which prevented that)

Thanks everybody for the encouragement!

thanks, yeah, real talk: I had hernia surgery two months ago, and I tried to get right into lifting and planks, but started getting pain. My doctor said to lay off anything but aerobic 'til I can do that with no pain, then ease back into lifting, abs. Should have mentioned that up front!
