This week I have started Jillian's 6week6pack. It's 5 days a week and I will still do my other dvds...but adapt slightly so I am not over doing it. I have a few weeks til graduation (23rd Nov) so I am giving it my all with exercise! Size 12 here I come!!!!

I didn't follow a meal plan and I lost a fair few inches and pounds. I burnt about 150-250 depending on the level and how hard I was willing to work :)

I had a similar problem with one of my best friends. One of my uni friends had a falling out with her house mate, the crazy woman tried to beat my friend up! People can be so cruel I've had so many. Ones that have been embedded in my brain are: "breathe in Stephanie is coming through" "awh Steph you're not fat...you're obese" "you shouldn't go ice skating you'll break the ice" And my personal favourite "Steph, you're pretty, clever, your personality is great....you're just fat"…

My main one is graduation...I'm graduating on 23rd Nov...going for a carvery (my fav) with the family then going out in the evening and...welll....:drinker: lol. That might be my downfall....only one day though! I could still make it!

October I burnt 15000ish. I want to burn more and as I'm not going on a mini break this month I think I can lose more :)

I'm experimenting with calories still. How I see it if I want to eat 1600 calories I will...if I want to eat 1200 I will. As long as I am satisfied with no chance of snacking. I do exercise a fair few calories off too. Just find what's comfortable for you :)

I'm in :) I wanted to lose 1-2lbs each week so maybe if I work hard and have a goal I can do this! I had a goal to reach 15000 calories burnt in October and I have reached it (and then some) so I need to up the game! BRING IT ON! :drinker:

I agree with looking at old pictures of yourself! It really does put it into perspective. And smaller clothes. If you've taken measurements in the past, re-measure. You might find you're surprised by the difference. I know I was :happy: :flowerforyou:

done. used my stairs....thought I could just jump to 15....oh how wrong was I?!?!? stairs are tiring!!! 5 mins for me. Might put this in my daily workout. Add a minute each day :smile:
