i just realized something by reading all of these - my goal is a SIZE and everyone else has is a number on the scale! I am currently a size 10/12 and I want to be a size 8 - have no idea what the number is for that for me. The other day one spin instructor recommended that I get certified to the gym owner -- blew my mind! I AM NOT built like an instructor - but realized in that moment that I am as strong as one! Was awesome to realize that someone I admire thought I could do it too!

when im in that boat i do 2 things: 1. go back to recording my food and increase water 2 . find a new class or exercise to do that makes me focus/think, and find new friends at the gym sounds like you're on the right track - awareness is a huge part of the battle vs. sticking your head in the sand. good luck!!!!!
