OMG!!!! Week 5, day 3 - smashed!!!! Managed 3.1km (1.9miles) in the 20min run . . . I can do this!!!!!!! :bigsmile:

First of all . . . congrats!!!! 30 minutes straight is awesome!!!! No help with the numb foot but I used to get that on the X Trainer and Stationary Bike at the gym . . . no idea why but found it annoying! Week 5, day 2 done and dusted today . . . feeling great too! Even managed a hill lol!!!! Woop woop!!! So enjoy running…

Have done a fair bit of it outside so totally understand where you're coming from . . . have increased my speed on the treadmill from 3.8 to 4.2 so there's an improvement there and it's stuck on a small incline too :laugh:

I've just finished (about 20 mins ago lol) week 5, day 1 :bigsmile: Loved it!!!! I'm having to use my treadmill for it at the moment because of kids being on school holidays but when they go to their dads I plan on getting outside and giving it a go!!!

Only just completed week 4 . . . but looking forward to starting week 5 either tomorrow or Thursday :smile: We're on school holidays now so find routine goes out the door :laugh:

I did Shred last year in about Sept/Oct and lost 3kgs and 23cms . . I've started it again and am currently on level 1 - day 7. I have weighed and measured at the start and my kids have hidden the scales until I've completed it LOL! I'm more focused on measurements this time round instead of weight loss tho . . .

Results were up yesterday . . . I walked the whole way and did it in 90mins 21secs :) Doing Coatesville this Sunday . . . will be bliss with only 1600 in the 8km instead of 70,000!!!! lol

I add both but put weights under 'strength' so don't get a calorie burn for it, only for my cardio :smile:

Wow! Lots of inspiration here!!!! I did w2d2 yesterday and will do d3 on Saturday (going for a 6km walk tomorrow with friends) - so far I'm loving it!

I've only just completed week 1 . . . not sure i started t at the right time to be honest lol - I'm in the procss of packing to move but will try very hard to fit it in! I did it outside but so have a treadmill if needed lol
