I have 4 more days until I'm fully done with the Shred . . . but I've hurt my lower back on Saturday and it's still really sore today :frown: I went for a gentle walk at lunchtime today. Was going to try doing the Shred but everyone has told me to just take a break and let my back heal . . . itching to get back into it!!!!

I want to start this when I'm done with Shred so am keen to see results too! :happy:

Well done you!!! My youngest is 8yrs old and she loves working out with me . . . she also knows I'm all good with that as long as I have room to do what I need to do! I'm doing Shred at the moment . . . I'm loving being fitter and healthier for my kids!!!

I'm starting level 3 today. So far I've lost 1.6kgs (AF turned up yesterday) and 15cms. I only measure bust, waist, hips and thighs (together). On Friday my weight was 80.1kgs, weighed today cause of starting level 3 and weight was 80.9kgs, so if AF hadn't of arrived weight loss prob would have been better . . . Although…

Circuit training - general is what most people log it under I think . . . Day 7, level 2 for me today. I do my workout after work. Although the planking moves are still hard they are definitely a lot easier than they were on day 1!! I love the Shred dvd!!!! In level 1 I lost 8cms and 800gms . .

I haven't had a Thyroid gland for nearly 10yrs now . . . never had a problem losing weight when I've put my mind to it . . I still have blood tests every 3 months to check my levels . . .

I'm still a work in progress . . just completed day 6, level 2. BUT, from level 1 I lost 800gms . . 1cm off hips and 1cm off thighs, 2cms of waist and 4cms of bust!!!

I'm on day 15 of 30DS and loving the results so far! Half way through level 2 and it's getting slightly easier . . . still leaves me breathless tho!

It's annoying!!! Might just un-synch them . . . love Endo for tracking my walks but it's giving me more than twice the cals burned than on here.

First 4 days on level 1 and I could hardly move!!! I've just finished my first day on level 2 . . OMG!!! I can't imagine any of the planking moves getting any easier!!! Thank goodness for modified moves!!!!

do you do the whole 30ds dvd all at once? or do you just do one of the levels? you are looking amazing and sounds so happy!!! go you!

I'm starting level 2 tomorrow . . loved level 1 and in 10 days saw a noticable improvement in my fitness!

I have just today completed day 10 level 1 and my jeans are noticably looser . . . heaps of people commenting on how good I'm looking . . . I'll be weighing and measuring tomorrow morning . . . results will be on my profile
