Alright guys. Starting weight time.. SW 2/15/13 256.8 GW 3/15/13 245.0 goal to lose: 11.8lb (why not push for 12 right) Must lose about 2.5lb a week. YIKES I plan on logging faithfully and working out to my hardest every day. 245 HERE I COME :wink:

Hey guys, Well I guess it's time for my final weigh in.. Here it goes SW: 261.4 W1: 260.0 W2: 263.8 W3: 255.8 W4: 255.4 W5: 255.6 W6: 256.8 Altogether down 4.6. Not to bad for 6 weeks. So I thought I post this..... but guess not.. Start W: 261.4 Week 1: 260.4 Week 2: 263.8 Week 3: 255.8 Week 4: 254.8 About 7lb all together which isn't bad (hopeing for more) As of today I am down 50.2lb since March 2012.... YAY me :)

Okay week 4 showed to be ok... I thought I was going to stay the same but to my surprise I was down this morning.. Here it goes SW 261.4 W1 260.0 W2 263.8 W3 255.8 W4 254.0 Lost 1.8 this week and about 7.4 this whole challenge.. Not as much as I hoped but we still got two more weeks till VDAY Have a great weekend everyone…

No worries girl.... I like weighing in the end of the week... It keeps me good through out the weekend.. My struggle are the weekends.. But thankfully I was able to semi stay afloat and not gain.. I know you will do great this week. :)

Your not alone :( unfort the scale and me are just not seeig eye to eye...... But I decided to just be consistant.... Starting tomorrow I am cuttine out processed sugar (as much as i can at least) and focus on drinking water and continueing in my workouts.... Hopeing for a big loss next week. Keep your head up.....
