I am the same exact way.... The only thing that helps me is staying busy with house work and errands... O and logging faithfully.... I notice when I get on mfp in the morning and make sure I count and log I stay pretty low..... it is def a hard habbit to teach.... I am trying to focus on things I can do around the house or…

My goal going into week 2 is to try and stay focus and log as much as I can. So far I am doing ok. Going over my calories still but keeping it logged. I am weighing in Friday and hoping to see that my starting weight number. Fingers crossed, because last week was AWEFUL!

My doc told me yesterday that I may need to switch to non generic. Depending on the pharmacy, there are around 15-17 dif types of generic out there. So you may need to change the type of medicine you get. My numbers are not where they need to be but I cant test again until January/February because of my bronchitis.…
