Dont weigh yourself daily. Your weight can swing as much as 5 pounds in a day. Just keep logging and meeting your calorie and fitness goals. If you are staying honest and logging everything you will eventually drop the weight. The scale is just a number. Stick with it. We have all been there

I agree with this and have done it for the last 9 months. works for me, keeps it simple. I'm not big on cooking so I stick with my go to meals, snacks and protein shakes.

Also checked out your exercise for the past week. I wouldn't say 15 min's of Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort 62 calories burned is moderate.

Great Job, I tried fixing your pictures but no luck. You have them tagged right they should work. I think it may have something to do with dropbox. You may want to create a photobucket account. And just to make it easy dont include any spaces in the Album and file names.

I started with 89 lbs to lose on 8/11/2012 and as of today have lost 49 lbs (only 4 month's ). I personally dont feel it was hard, want it bad enough and stick to a routine. Log your food and stay under your goal and the weight will come off. I highly recommend joining a Gym and use it !!!!!!!
