I currently weigh 158.. I am trying to eat 1400-1500 cals a day.. I workout 5 days a week for 1 hour.. I burn 400-500 calories per workout. I run, elliptical, spin, walk.. My BMI is 1250 at rest

I am eating 1400 and working out.. I burn between 400-600 cals a workout depending on what I do. I wear a HRM and chest strap for more accurate readings. For the last 6 weeks I've tried netting my bmr which is 1250..so on exercise days I NET my bmr but nothing as of yet:( I wish MFP had a clearer way to determine calories…

I recently discovered the body by vi shakes.. all I can say is NUMMO! I drink one for breakfast and then go workout..I eat lunch and dinner. How many shakes do you drink a day? What is your favorite?

Great job! Once you've ran one mile without stopping, the rest comes naturally. For me, the hardest part was being able to run one mile without stopping. Get your breathing under control and get in your zone. Pretty soon you will running several miles at a time. Welcome to being a runner!
