Thanks for all the replies. I run 3 days a week 3.5-4 miles per run. On non run days I elliptical, walk, or swim. I've really come to enjoy physical activity..I love being outdoors on a nice day, and going for a long bike ride on our amazing trails seems fun. I too am a daily weigher and motivated by the scale. I am running and enjoying eating healthy no matter what scale says..However, I still want the scale to go down. I'm hoping this metabolism reset is the anwer.. I am going to try and avoid the scale for a while.

I don't want to over estimate on activity level either..so if I do light activity I my TDEE would be 1250*1.375 1719-15%= 1,461 and that is what I should everyday..however, if I happen to have a big burn.. okay, I see it..I put in my profile moderate activity because I workout minimum 4 days a week..burning a decent amount of calories.. It gave me a TDEE of 1740 a day.. I subtracted 15% from that and it gavme me 1479..why does mfp tell me to eat 1200? So I SHOULD be eating the 1479 everyday then correct???

Thanks for all the information. Yes, I had the breath test so thats what I am going by. So I should eat the same cals everyday and if I have a high burn make sure I at least net my 1250. I also just reset my macros.

I am going by the numbers a dietician gave me. I had a metabolism test done which showed my BMR being 1250(she even said it was on the low end.) I then took my BMR and multiplied it by 1.4 which is moderate active. 1250 x 1.4 gives me 1750 from 1750 - 15% gave me a cut of 1,488 am I not doing this right? I hate math! LOL
