  • I go over my sugar a lot because I eat a ton of fruit so I typically dont worry about it. Look at where your sugar is coming from. You don't to restrict your fruit intake because of the sugar limit. If you sugar is coming from starches or desserts, then worry about it. But watermelon sugar is fine! 9Idk what wheetbix is :)

  • I am not sure what day 1 of the C25k plan is, but i started with 1 mile 3x a week and was able to build quickly, it really only took a few runs to get comfortable in them and go up to 3 or 4 miles
  • Great point Panda! I mean we know this article from MFP, burn more than you consume. You can eat fast food every day if its your only meal and lose weight but you wont be as fit and healthy. Although it is interesting that his bad cholesterol went down
