Running is one of my forms of cardio, and part of my overall fitness plan. My weight has held steady this year. However I have had to take up two notches in my belt this year. I find this to be at least equal to weight loss.

In the afternoon after work. I leave for work before 7am and have an active job. I walk 3-5 miles outside and climb lots of stairs every work day. I pass the gym on the way home.Works for me.

I wish I could be of help. I have Endomondo pro on my Blackberry and it has worked faithfully for nearly 500 workouts. I guess I should be glad I have not needed any support. No HRM or Bluetooth here.

By logging on to Endomondo.com with a computer you can edit your workouts. The site is not Blackberry friendly. I have found the calories on endo to be fairly accurate.
