Regular sleep is important but sometimes elusive. I have become aware of the same kind of thing and now feeling hungry is just that, a feeeling. Since I track what I eat I know that my nutrition is OK. Enjoy the feeling of mind over hunger.

There is a Bison ranch less than 20 miles from where I live. We get fresh bison several times a month. It is good. Almost as good as bacon.

I dont know about you, but my body "learns" or adapts to what I am doing. I have to change something I am doing to get stronger(lift more), run faster(just do it), lose weight(eat different). My weight lost was also not linear. Some months I lose weight, some months I lose inches. But every month I get healtier. Just keep…

Dont give up. Focus on the process. Maybe some short term goals leading up to your race could help keep you motivated. Maybe like run a 5K. Before you know it the race will be here and you will be ready.

Great progress. keep it going. I have found that my middle is the last place that shrinks. I buy my jeans at the local Harley Davidson shop. The sizes are real.
