Skim latte made at home. Egg sandwich with 2 eggs, 0.6oz crumbled gorgonzola and a 100 calorie "everything" sandwich thin.

Why would you try to lose weight while healing from surgery? Isn't properly healing more important?

If you live in the suburbs, it's pretty easy as you will have large supermarkets with produce sections, farmer's markets, etc. It can be much more difficult in some cities and in some poor neighborhoods that rely on very small grocers, convenience stores and bodegas.

I do put it back.

The TDEE.

Another vote for the EatSmart! I've had mine since 2011 and it's still great! Original batteries too! I also have their food scale.
-
Don't go by BMR. That's the calories your body needs in a coma. You want to go with your TDEE, or Total Daily Energy Expenditure. You calorie deficit should be from THAT number, not from your BMR.

Just get back on the plan. If you try to restrict on the weekend to make up for overages earlier in the week, you're setting yourself up to go over again next week because you will be starving.

Opening your diary would help us give better advice. If you're constantly hungry, maybe you aren't getting sufficient calories. Maybe you aren't getting enough protein. Try to get it into every meal and snack as it will help you feel full longer. If you're lightheaded, it's more likely that you just aren't getting enough…
-
Did before I posted. Still doesn't seem worth it.

I didn't know either: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_(dairy_product)

No, I wouldn't. If you feel you need to share things with the PT, then print them off or show the PT on your phone. You do realize that PT's have no certification in nutrition, right?

If you know that this sort of meal plan makes you utterly miserable, then why do it again?

Whether they gain or lose moisture (and therefore weight) through cooking depends on how you cook them.

Fantastic job and you look amazing! :flowerforyou:

Posture can exaggerate or minimize the protrusion of your abdomen. It doesn't change where your weight is distributed.
-
Are you talking about a roll or hanging loose skin?
-
No, it's not necessarily related to being sedentary. There's also a hormonal component, which is why you see more women start towards an apple pattern of weight gain/distribution in perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. Apple shapes are more common in men at all ages.
-
My mother gained it like you do--all in her torso. She had the legs of a woman 100 lbs lighter. I used to gain it evenly, but as I get older I see myself heading toward apple-land if I gain weight.

I'm an Asics GT series girl. Their last apparently fits my foot the best. I slightly overpronate, never been a really heavy runner (weight has been between 129 and 150 at 5'7" when running), really narrow heels. Almost got talked into a pair of Brooks once, but decided to stick with Asics as they had done so well for me.…

They do say that in Atlanta and will even "correct" you if you say it any other way.

Considering the first post from OP was looking for pro-ana friends (that was deleted by the mods), I'd say very extreme and until hospitalized.

Pretty much all over the South, people say INsurance instead of inSURance. Working in insurance, that always bugged the hell out of me.
-
It's already extremely difficult to get full nutrition on such a low calorie goal. Replacing a quarter of those calories with a few drinks a day is quite ill-advised.
-
You can add exercises manually.
-
Just get right back on your plan for today. 300 calories isn't going to throw off your entire week unless you use it as an excuse to give up. I'm not a fan of the suggestions to eat less over the next few days or try to exercise it off---that's basically a binge/ restrict or binge/purge sort of mindset that isn't going to…
-
You can and should be doing ab exercises now. Yes, there is a layer of fat over them now so you may not see a 6 pack, but you won't see a 6 pack when the fat is gone either if you aren't training your abs.

Target carries PureProtein bars.

Congratulations! Great feeling, isn't it?
