eat in a surplus and train hard and heavy. But some more information about you would be nice, like weight height and arm orbit and so on.
-
just have discipline and not eat. Or you can try something like brush your teeth if you are feeling that you want to binge eat. Or try to eat more filling foods over the day. Or you can always try IF it will be hard the first week, but after that you don't feel any hunger.

Why 100+ reps on abs? just do 6-15 reps weighted.

Was wondering the same thing, so im in for some healthy recipes. I like to make coconut curry chicken with rice, but i don't think you can freez that.

Well you can always try to enjoy it, just try to use common sense (you know darn well which food has lower calories ^^) and enjoy your 2weeks. After that, you can pick up your own (food) life style again, just enjoy europe. Also food from the supermarket always has nutrition information on them, so it's a solid pick for…

why not start with weightlifting? it isn't hard on your knees when you use proper form. Als how about when you do those things barefoot? do you have proper walking form? (beleave me many people do not). if not, you will put to many pressure on your knees and not work your feet, calves and hamstrings like you should.

my friend did, she didn't gain anything at al. the baby is extreamly healthy. i often hear, the less weight you gain the better it is for the health of the baby. I also read a study done that babies were the mother gained alot of weight during pregnancy have a significant higher amount of having weight issues themself

It depends really, have you been to a doctor?

When i was a child had a ED, i still have an obsession with food. But my tip is to start reverse dieting, by upping your cals with about 50 a week or so, mainly by upping carbs (and upping your amount of fat once in a while). You shouldn’t gain any weight when you do a proper reverse diet. Then go into a real minor surplus…

Sounds like you are skinny fat (high body fat with low amount of lean body mass). You can do two things: first you can increase your lean body mass, or you can try to shredded the fat, which leaves your probably in anorexia mode. So the best bet is to increase your lean body mass (LBM) by lifting heavy weights, by…

I filled in your stats into a calculator Your BMR is: 1916 Your TDEE is: between 2300 - 2635 (0-3 days of excersise a week) Substract 10% from your TDEE, eat those cals for aleast 2 weeks and see what happens. Aim to lose about 1-2lbs or 0,5kg a week. if you lose less then reduce your cals with about 100 and check again…

The point of sleeping is to recovery for your body and mind. It will not really do anything for weight loss. But you got to remember more recovery, means you are able to exercise with more power and energy which means in the long run you will burn more cals.
-
short answer: Yes. But you should really focus on learning proper form of walking (sounds weird but most ppl do not walk/run with proper form and it will end up with injuries or feeling pain)
-
Before i can give you solid advise i would like to know a little more information about you. What gender are you? whats your current weight? your bodyfat? your height, your age? your BMR and TDEE/TEE? what are your goals? what kind of excersises do you do?
-
i would say IF (intermediate fasting)
-
You can costimize, just pick one and see what happens (try it out for around 2weeks and see what happens). Try to aim to lose a steady 1-2lbs a week, if you lose more up your cals a little. If you don't lose weight within two weeks lower your cals.
-
yes, my two cats use up more sleeping space then i do lol. One of them is on my lap while writting this.
-
you should eat between yout TDEE/TEE and your BMR. there are alot of calculators online where you can esitmate your BMR and TDEE/TEE. Then costumize it to you, be playing around with your cals, aim to lose 1-2lbs a week. Eat atleast 0,4 grams of fat per lbs and 0,8-1 gram of protein per lbs of lean bodymass. The rest of…

my dad had a hernia surgery it took him a while before he could go back to excersising but he did. That was 10 years ago, he is now going to the gym and lifting heavy. Within 3 weeks after the surgery he did most of the things he could do before (even tho it was not recommend). The only advice i can give you is take it…

BMR means basic metabolic rate (what your burn in a coma like state) TDEE or TEE (same thing) means Total Daily Energy Expenditure which is a metric to calculate the amount of calories your body needs to function in a day.
-
That's pritty low calories man, you sure you weight all your foods and log your drinks?
-
i do not agree with this, you should not eat bellow BMR. BMR x activity level is TEE/TDEE you should eat bellow TEE/TDEE not bellow BMR or you might loss alot musclemass instead of fat (more muscle means higher BMR and you will burn more cals)

Greatjob all. Wish i had better pics of when i was chubby/fat so i could chip in.

To be sure, pick up the bowl and place it on again (without resetting it), it will show the correct number then.

-
My waist size is 32'' i beleave and i am aiming to be 30'' or bellow
-
ratio's do not matter (it is a outdated method), it's about hitting your minimal fats and protein. The rest can be filled in with any marco you like. The minimum fats per lbs is 0,4 grams if i remember correctly and around 0.8-1,2 per lbs for protein.

Cause lifting heavy shows a good mindset and discipline. And also a lady won't get ''bulky'' from lifting heavy.
-
Nice, love to see a lady lifting heavy. Weightlifting for the win

It could be that you were squeezing the bar to hard. Together with pressure on you shoulders/traps it could be that you didn't had enough blood flow to your arms
