3 rounds: Squat jumps Pushups Sit-ups Lunges Burpees I follow a program like this and love it - it's great cardio for increased fitness. I don't see why you'd call it circuit training rather than HIIT though - does it depend on the intensity? I do tabata style (20 secs on, 10 sec rest x 8 rounds) cause the intensity is…

Wellington. Kinda close.

Totally false Thinks their personal trainer is drop dead gorgeous

Black mocha (I got dressed in the dark this morning and I just realized they're inside out!)

What an awesome idea. I'd waste a weekend doing that.

This reminds me of the first time I used one of those revolving circular doors with the 4 sections. Never having used one before, I got in the same section as the person I was following. But because I had a fully laden 70L backpack I ended up pressed up against the person in front and we had to shuffle our feet little by…

Pull ups - it's on my bucket list to do unassisted pull ups. I also have a weak core and can't sit up from a starting position on my back - only if someone stands on my feet can't get the momentum to get myself up.

Hard tacos Hairy chest or hairless chest (on a guy)

A guy who's naughty but nice, preferably with muscular thighs.

30ish, plumber, married

My trainer, who's also a body builder, shaves EVERYTHING too. I thought it was just for competitions but he prefers being hairless. Maybe some people like feeling prepubescent.

Check there's not a medical reason for this. Thirstiness can be sign of many things. Make sure you get 7-8 hours sleep too.

Any chocolate with a crunchy shell, fresh crusty bread & slabs of cold butter, dense chocolate brownie. It's fasting day - just typing this makes me super hungry.

Have you tried taking an anti-inflammatory? Not sure what's up with my shoulder but a couple of Voltarin really helped.
-
Might be a good idea to get your testosterone checked. Do you take any supplements? I'm currently losing fat (very slowly) and gaining muscle doing 5:2 fasting - I find training the day after fasting really difficult so I take BCAAs, works really well for me.

Watching porn - maybe that's why the guy today was leaning as far away from me as possible.

I offered my son $5 to let me pick his chicken pox scabs (in places where scars wouldn't be seen) but he said no.

Love a good gossip session - would rate out of 10 the delish personal trainers.

My personal trainer is moving overseas in a few months. I'm sad. He's been such a huge support for me and a good friend. I will miss him terribly.
-
I did the same a few weeks back. It was an awesome weekend and has taken 2 weeks to get back to where I was but was totally worth it.
-
Getting a trainer was the best decision I ever made. I feel less intimidated because I know what I'm doing and my form is good.

Found out my trainer wil be moving overseas. I'm happy for him but I've grown really fond of him as a friend and will miss him a lot. I is sad.

I found BCAAs capsules really beneficial when training fasted. Made a huge difference for me but I'm sure about fat burning.

I've been doing 5:2 for a few months and quite like it. In Michael Mosley's most recent book he increased the calories to 800 a day which is what I do. It was a struggle for the first few weeks but I'm used to it now and quite like fasting days because meal prep is minimal. I did find that fasting interfered with training…

Wow, your transformation is phenomenal! I needed that inspiration.

My chains of gyms banned posing which I guess is why there aren't really any hardcore bodybuilders there. Such a shame.

Your story gave me goose bumps and made me smile reading it. Denial works only for so long then the cold hard reality hits. It won't be easy but nothing ever is. Regaining your mobility and health will all be worth it. Best of luck.
