I think an extract from egg shell membrane is used in Dr Mercola's joint formula. Check his site.

Try rubbing in Emu Oil or Magnesium oil. Epsom salt in a warm bath sometimes helps.

I've noticed this, but I believe it's some problem with the entry settings for the Data base. If you have a food like peanut butter, on the jar it says -serving size 32g / 2Tbsp. If this is input into the Data base as - serving size= 32g (equal to 2Tbsp), and then you recall the Peanut butter to enter into your days food…

I bought a small carton of cream containing 125ml. Nutritional values were per 100g. Had to empty whole carton and weigh the cream. More math!

I weigh the spoon, zero the scale, use said spoon to scoop out PB, put back on scale and weigh, record weight, PB into mouth and lick spoon clean. Isn't life fun.

Try entering all the ingredients into the recipe maker as one serving then decide how much you ate ( 1/2, 1/3 etc) of the serving. Then enter that into your diary.

I found this BBC documentary about low carb dieting on Youtube. It mainly comments on the Atkins diet and looks into the 'eat as much as you like' part of the diet. The "disappearing calories' everyone is on about. They researched the metabolic increase idea- not the answer, the ketones lost in urine idea- not the answer.…

I had pain in my right hip for some time, was worried as I had been taking Actonol for osteopenia/osteoporosis. I found it improved after I started adding ginger and turmeric to my milk at night. I also found that I had no, or little pain first thing in the morning but pain and stiffness after sitting for a long time, at…
