never thought about that but it's brilliant ! I spent 3 weeks not losing an oz so I decided to log everything on MFP and weight everything on an electronic scale . This is how I realized I was eating bigger portions than I should have... At least you're still losing ! good luck !

I was 150 lbs last Friday and forgot to weight myself before going to work on Sunday. That would be nice to be 144 at the end of the month ! let's do it !

pushing play on my DVD player for my work out DVD although I was not in the mood ... I hat exercise (don't throw pebbles !) so I am trying to include it in my everyday routine and everyday is a small victory

I do ! Just day 5 so I am still dying after each and every work out :laugh: Let's just hope I'll get better at this The first 3 days I had a hard time going down my stairs !

A green smoothie every morning in my magic bullet (1/2 banana, some kale and some other fruits to fill the cup : grapes or plums or strawberries or bluberries...) a whole grain bun with sliced cheese, ham and lettuce It's a big breakfast ;-)

I am supposed to eat 1700 cal a day ! I am a little bit scared too but I follow it religiously because I don't want to put my body into starvation mode .... We will see how this works, I just started MFP 5 days ago and I weight myself only on fridays...so I'll see in 4 days if it works properly !

I am in the same situation as you are....3 months of eating clean and just 5 kgs down ...hugh...it is so frustrating...I started to record my calories just 2 days ago and I'll see if it impproves things ...Actually I think about starting to exercise more as soon as the kids will get back to school...Hang in there !
