I have a plan that beats all the gyms and gimmicks grow your own veg so you work your garden exercise then eat the veg. I know our American friends have back yards so there you go ! Exercise and healthy food

really what do you eat being a vegetarian ? I love my veg and have about 3/5 pieces of fruit a day if you have a peek at my diary its not that extreme but think its pretty balanced.

I have the book and watched the shows and yes some great recipes however I would say 1200 calories is very low I understand that what they were doing. I am sticking to around 1500 to 2000 calories a day which you can view on my diary

Based on your height and weight and activity this would be the recommended amounts. I would say 1500 to 1800 a day sounds about the correct amount. Maintenance 2262 CALORIES/DAY Fat Loss 1810 CALORIES/DAY Extreme Fat Loss 1520 CALORIES/DAY 7 day calorie cycle (zig-zag)
