I have two slices of wholemeal virtually every lunch time - as a creature of habit I have to have my sandwich fix every day!

Amazing transformation - your shape has changed tooooo much - well done

Congratulations! You are now on your way - more lbs will follow - don't knock that 1 lb

ha ha that's a great NSV - I could just imagine someone trying to keep hold of their trousers without letting on to other people that is what they were doing! Sounds like a comedy sketch. Good for you - keep up the good work.

That's fantastic - well done for all that weight loss - you look amazing.

Welcome to the group. I am also from the UK and only just started on EM2WL (fed up with living on nothing!). I have sent you a friend request.

Excellent - well done to you. It's so great to meet milestones like that which are so important for our future health. Let us know when you get to "healthy"!

WOW you look like half the person you used to be! What a great transformation - thanks for sharing - really inspired me.

You need to enjoy yourself on holiday and go with the flow I think. The thing is you know you can lose the weight - it may now take longer to get to your goals but try to put in behind you and carry on. Don't let it de-motivate you - you can do this.
-
Cannot believe you achieved all that in 45 days! That's a fantastic achievement - and how toned your belly is is just incredible! Well done - you should be very proud of yourself.
-
Amazing transformation - you look like a totally different person. Well done to you.

You're human! Why not let us indulge in something yummy from time to time. You only ate half (you could have eaten the whole thing). As everyone else said - you have done it so just go forward from here. I am a firm believer in eating "bad" stuff from time to time - you need to eat 3,500 calories over to add an extra lb -…

Sounds like a great idea what you are doing. I started setting myself goals of 5lb's and then just keep upping it when I reach them - Maybe break your goals down into smaller bits too. It's good to have easier, smaller goals to work towards as they are attainable and will keep you motivated.

Hi I am starting today to eat TDEE - 20%. A little apprehensive as I find it hard to get my head around eating more to lose weight - but all the science definitely makes sense to me. I haven't got anything to lose as eating fewer calories has helped me get rid of my first 11 lb but I have stalled for the last 4 weeks or so…

What an incredible transformation - you look amazing. Well done - you should be very proud of yourself. And you have inspired me - thanks so much for that.
-
A-maz-ing - you look incredible - well done - thanks for sharing - given me the inspiration I needed today.
-
That is such a great transformation - you are an inspiration to me as I don't have much to lose but I doubt I will ever get the fantastic body you have! Good luck with the pageant - don't think you will need it though! Let us know how you get on.

Thanks for the info - and thanks for the welcome - I feel more positive already having those extra calories and being able to fill them with healthy high cal food. One problem is though I always go over my carbs - need to look into some low carb foods!
-
Thanks guys - will have a look at that spreadsheet too. I am trying out TDEE - 20% so was trying to work it out more accurately rather than eating too much!

I am in the same boat as yourself! I have plateaued now for over 4 weeks and it's really getting me down. It has taken 5 months to lose 11 lb which doesn't seem as much as some people lose, but I stuck with it. Now the scales (and measurements) aren't moving it's getting pretty depressing! I am thinking of upping my…
