I don’t do added sweeteners and hard to find anything without any them . I like HINT and herbal waters but they can be pricey. Often I just squirt a little lemon or lime juice in my water bottle and go

Agreed and Raw almonds too .. I don’t like the artificial stuff. I love the berry rx bars. They have great stuff in them. Fine for low carb but probably not the best for keto-ers

Tried to take a tsp of coconut oil a couple of times in the past.... for me it was horrible nausea :(
