With all do respect, its probably really easy to NOT weigh yourself when you have about 30 defined ab muscles. On the other hand, when you measure yourself where do you take your measurements, how often, and whats a significant change versus a normal fluctuation.

Technically it should be a crash diet. I think for ladies 1200 is the minimum cut-off. I always eat back my calories, but hey, if you aren't hungry why force it? (Im usually hungry! hehe)

YEah I usually cut it in half short ways, then bake a 375 for 45 minutes. It IS delicious, but packed with fiber so it makes you gassy haha. It is good stuff, and just as cheap as spaghetti.

I always wondered about that too, whether or not the elliptical estimate is right. After lots of research and calculating I found the elliptical to be more accurate than MFP. Its all relative.

I just cut it right down the middle, get rid of the seeds that I can and place it on a non-stick or PAM sprayed baking sheet, 45 minutes at 375°F. These are good ideas to dump it back out and measure it. I do this with my salad dressing. Sometimes there is a whole tbsp or 2 in the bottom.... guess I like is well dressed :)
