I have exactly the same problem and the main thing that has stopped the pain is changing up my workout. I do not try to run, I do not do jumping jacks or anything that involves jumping or bouncing around. I walk, a lot, and fast and up steep hills. I also stair walk but have to stop after 10 minutes for my feet. I've lost…

If they are already skin coloured but still visible, that's how they are going to stay forever. If they are red/purple, use bio oil and that should speed up the "healing" and turn them skin coloured quicker.

At the moment, it sounds like you value eating more than you value the possibility of being healthy. You need to change that, if YOU want to. Nobody can tell you how to be motivated, you need to work it out by yourself.

No, I look at them because I'm happy that I'm lifting more than them!

4 months, although the first 10 came off in the first week and the last 5 have been on and off. IF 11-8, 1400 NET, sometimes less as I can burn over 1000 calories sometimes.
-
I would not eat them because they are high in processed sugar, a complete waste of calories. If you want a sugar fix, eat some berries, greek yogurt with honey or an apple.
-
Always peanut butter. Nutella is full of sugar
-
I need the fibre, and I can't afford to buy veggies to eat AND juice, I don't **** gold!!
-
NO NO NO NO NO!! Not just because WW is a blood sucking company but they are expensive and contain too many processed carbs and sodium. If you're after quick meal solutions.....Buy a big box of chicken breasts and cook all of them. Buy ready cut veggies in a bag, pop both in microwave and bob's your uncle!

Wow, huge difference and you are so beautiful!

Yes I know :-P I didn't know the storyline though, deliberately, and with all it's praise I thought it was going to be better.
-
Most revently - Les Misrables, dull, too long, music was boring, predictable and indifferent story line. It REALLY annoyed me when people clspped at the end.

It does...

Make your own. Fizzy water, lemon juice, truvia.

I was starved by an abusive step father throughout my childhood. I survived by binging on dense, high calorie foods at 3am after he had gone to bed. I grew up on white bread, biscuits, chocolate, cheese, anything I could get my hands on. I can see why someone who grew up in a nourishing environment would find it difficult…

It's the sugar that's bad in ice cream. If you want some decent fats, add peanut or almond butter.

Done it? Yes, 2 years ago. What did you like the most? it motivated me to educated myself about nutrition, exercise and a better way of living. What DON'T you like about it? Pretty much everything! I don't like how it's based on eating low fat foods (which by the way are high in sugar). They seem completely oblivious to…

I'm from the UK, I don't eat it because of the sugar content. I love plain cottage cheese, and at 50p for 300g in Asda I'll stick with that!
-
That's because cereals are basically a bowl of carbs. Shakes (depending on the brand) contain more nutrition and protein which will keep you fuller for longer. EGGS. 2 whole eggs, sautéed spinach, 2 slices of ham or chicken and 1 slice of grainy bread - keeps me full for at least 4 hours

Low calorie bread SUCKS. I eat Soya and Linseed Burgen bread every day and I'm over 40lbs down. 125 calories a slice, high protein, high fibre, good amount of healthy fats and lower carb than any "low calorie" bread.
-
I think it really depends where you live. From the prices you are quoting, it's a hell of a lot more expensive to buy groceries here in the UK e.g. 1 whole (cheap) chicken would be $7, a loaf of bread $3, a 150g punnet of berries is no less than $5 and 2 small fillets of salmon are $8. I've really had to cut back on the…

Where else have you been measuring? I lost fat from my face, ankles, boobs got smaller, fingers, wrists - it all adds up in places you cannot measure. Are you taking progress photos?

It would help if you could open up your diary? When you eat too few calories (less than 1200 NET), your body is less keen on holding onto fat stores. I don't know how long you've been at this, but eventually you will lose weight if you're living in deficit, that's a fact, but it wont all be from fat, it'll be from every…

I take a Berocca every morning along with a combined magnesium, calcium and zinc tablet. I take chromium picolinate, Ecgc (green tea) and Alpha lipoic acid 30 mins before I eat and Mega Cissus before any high carb meal. All does some good!
-
Enjoy! If you're finding it hard to get up to target, include more healthy fats into your diet, like avocado, almonds and peanut butter!
-
I'm guessing that with your goal weight you have a certain body shape in mind? When you cut to below 1200 net calories a day, your body WILL metabolise muscle, not as much as it metabolises fat but it will eat muscle, so you may get down to your goal "weight" but you will not have that goal body you desire. How do I know?…

I eat it almost everyday, love it in every way! 300g Cottage cheese, 100g grapefruit, 1 teaspoon honey, sprinkle with cinnamon. Great with a cup of tea.
-
But surely we create new fat cells? Otherwise how do people who have had loads of lipo get fat again?
-
Breath, sweat, pee, poop, and it's metabolised by the body as energy.
