Stretching, hydrating, advil and just time.....after a while, the soreness isn't as bad, but it never goes away.

You should talk to someone about this other than a forum. There might be a psychological root to the problem a trained professional can help you work through. Most peoples issues with food are psychological.

It depends on the type of workout, in my opinion. I usually only work out 4 times a week, 5 tops. My body needs 2-3 rest days with the weight lifting and circuit program I'm doing. I think if I pushed it to 5-6 a week, I'd regress.

If you are losing inches and reshaping your body, the scale means less. While it is true that 1lb of muscle weighs the same as 1lb of fat, because muscle is more dense, it takes up less space. So, you at 145(for example only) can look totally different with more muscle....keep pushing and notice the differences.

The ads are different depending on the person and their internet searches. It used "key words" from things you are looking at to figure out what might be appealing to you. It isn't MFP, it is a complex advertising matrix.

I think there is much to be said about quality v quantity of life in this debate. It might be true that by eating "one" type of diet we can increase the average life span, but that doesn't guarantee a high quality of life or that we will survive that long either. While I'm not advocating debauchery, I do advocate enjoyment…
