how does this week without working out?? ive set my daily calorie intake on my BMR and if i do work out, i would eat the calories back.. but since i am not working out. what should i do?

do not eat less then 1200, and eat your burnt calories

i was too. ive set my daily intake to my BMR. because u shouldnt be eating less then that and if/when i work out, i eat my burnt calories so i can net at least my BMR.. i lost 1.7 kg of fat in maybe 2 weeks. im not sure!

i have my bmr set as my daily calorie intake and if i work out i eat them back... thats the easiest way i guess.. so i eat 1570 everyday

so TDEE - 20 % = 2401 - 480 = 1921 so u should be eating 1921 and dont eat ur excersice calories back.. aim for 1750-1900

check your TDEE and eat between that and ur BMR or TDEE - 20 %

I have them too. last night was THE WORST one, i got my eyes checked for dryness but nothing. neru doc NOTHING. in the end they told me it was mentally.. whenever im stressed i get them.. so i dont know! like yesterday i dont belive i was stressed but i had the worst headache ever.

i was wondering the same. i think your suppose to do it everyday for 30 days.. but ppl do take rest days for the muscles to heal.

i enjoy both.. the white rice bloats me up right after i eat it but the brown rice is so easy on the tummy and well healthier
