i used to eat 1200 and less and whenever i would lose weight, it goes back up when i eat more.. so i assumed whatever i lost wasnt real weight or fat.. now i upped my calorie intake to 1500-1700 and i lost a kg and even if i eat more. my weight is the same. so i believe that 1 kg was a kg of FAT. i will check my muscle…

i personally started eating between 1500-1700 kcals. i think i should be eating 1700+ but im still hesitant too... I don't go to gym very often. i try to go 3--5 times a week and burn between 200-350 kcals.

dont wash your hair everyday with shampoo! u could just wash it or use conditionar only.. over washing it is bad

omg thats SO amazing!!! so strength training is what i should be focusing on!! but i heard that u build a layer of muscle on top of the fat, which makes u look EVEN bigger. has anyone heard that? but amazing loss!! huge change

i think they have the steel stick and u add weights. ill be going to the gym in a couple of hours for my strength training session. i would be following 5x5 strength lifting ill do squats 5 rep x 5 sets Bench Press 5 rep x 5 sets Barbell Row 5 rep x 5 sets weights = 20 KG, is that fine? and should i do total 20 or each…

to me I find the machines easier meaning i feel like i would do the work out properly cause i follow the instructions. plus i dont think we have a barbell at our gym :S but i did read about the 5 types of work out with free weights. ill look into them again..

what i am confused is which machines to use... everything i read online is the ones u use free weights and create work outs. is using the machines as effective as creating work outs?

i use my HRM watch for work outs and i believe there very accurate,, and thats what i use to post here. HRM monitor is used for work outs mostly and not to determine anything else. as i was told.. but i think u should believe ur HRM

okay i get it.. i dont want to be too muscley and not boney.. ill do 70% cardio and 30% strength. bascially, all i do is use the weight machines and do small sets till i feel the shaky feeling when lifting lol. thank u all x
