Of course you will because DIETS never ever help you get rid of weight for good. Unless you're in the rare 3% of people who don't gain the weight back. It has to be a lifestyle change! How cute. I don't have kids but my little brother is always teasing me in a good way & it motivates me! I'm either too skinny or obese haha and I love it. He's the funniest kid.

He can exercise all he wants but he's not gonna shed that weight if his eating patterns don't change. You should work on that… maybe start cooking healthier or encouraging him to not eat as much fast food but don't give him a complex. Maybe enrol him in a nutrition class!

My ultimate favourite thing to do is put avocado on toast… ohhh its amazing. For breakfast you can also spread it on a toasted pita bread/toast and put an egg on top.
