Thanks for all the info. I usually use a Slim Fast for when I'm on the go. Easy to drop in my purse and gets me by so I don't go to the drive through. Well I do shop throughout the month for my fresh veggies and dairy, but for the most part "Big Shopping" is once a month. I guess I did word it wrong. But I understand you're point. I don't eat many canned foods and hate frozen veggies! So I buy them about once every two weeks. Thanks for pointing that out.

I try to keep my cheating within my calories. Like if I want to have pizza I know its high in cals so I will make sure that my earlier meals are very small and low in cals/fat. So its a cheat but within my guidelines. LOL...

I think when you set up your profile you stated this in the beginning MFP aready makes allowances for that. I do count extra work I do like Hand Washing my Jeep cuz I don't do that hardly EVER and its a huge task, but if its something I do everyday I don't count it.

I'm so with you. I'm allowed 1970 calories a day to lose 1 lb a week. Then there are more with my exercise. I typically eat around 1500 a day and don't pay that much attention and just know I have the other calories if I want them. I know this isn't scientific, but it seems to be working for me.
