I think it's good to do little challenges like this no matter how many calories you burn in the process. It's about getting off your butt and DOING something rather than vegging in front of the TV with a bag of Cheetos and a Diet Coke and thinking you're healthy.... Who gives a flying flip if it's 600 or 1000 calories???…

YES IT IS!! I've lost 40+ pounds in 85 days... Its sooooo freaking easy! It's super nice to have on your phone especially when you are eating out or traveling and still want to log your foods.
