It's supposed to rain a lot today so I will try these out! Thanks!

Weight: 158.0 I didn't bring my measuring tape with me so that'll have to wait until I get back home in a few weeks. Yay for getting a car Leah! I can imagine that was stressful

I definitely agree with the overeating after getting too hungry thing - I've done that lots of times, but am trying to stop. Thanks for the rest. I used to subscribe to runner's magazine; maybe I should look into getting it again. If it gets warm enough for me today I'm going to go running outside; if not, then I'll go to…

That's really interesting! I'll have to keep that in mind. Too bad where I am right now it's really cold in the mornings so I don't want to run outside.

Congratulations!!

I could be wrong but I think she meant what website. The top looks like fitbit (dark green = calories burned; light green = calories eaten) and the bottom is trend weight. www.fitbit.com and www.trendweight.com

The img has to be lower case (so img not IMG). Great Job!!

I totally understand. I have that problem too, but in my bedroom. My room is on the third floor of a townhouse and the router is on the first. I'm trying to watch my netflix and suddenly the internet will get super slow, and then I get really annoyed! :explode:
-
I get the same response, or I get "you're so good, you bring your lunch" I've found that people who try to wave food in front of me are like bullies on the playground or an annoying sibling in that if you ignore them they go away. I'm not saying ignore them all the time, you don't want to be asocial, just when they're…

So would you say that a HRM that measures resting HR likely be more accurate? My HRM had me lie still for a while when I first got it, and then redo it every so often. A more fit person would have a lower resting HR and then the HRM can take that into account.

Do you happen to know what type of diabetic your brother-in-law is? Being diagnosed at such a young age leads me to think he has type 1 diabetes, which is different from type 2 Type 1 (which used to be called juvenile diabetes) is actually an autoimmune disorder. For some reason (still being speculated, possibly a virus),…

I have about 25 to lose and I joined.

Can I be on the blue team please? Pink, while lovely, is just not my color
-
Is there a way to change what team I'm on? It automatically added me to the Pink team, so it might just add people to the next team and keeping adding one person to each team to make them all even.
-
I'd like to join if there's still room  5'3.5" 164.7 (as of this morning) Whatever team still has room for more people

^This (I want kids, I'd just rather adopt) - Oh that's a stereotype too - that all adopted kids are screwed up and I'm heading for disaster by wanting to adopt. My brother is adopted, so what are you trying to tell me, huh?! I'm vegan, so that means I'm preachy, pushy, and must convince everyone to join in my eating habits…

Same here

Ok, so I'm not up on all the weight lifting lingo and acronyms (I have enough acronyms in my life). In my line of work, LBM = Last Bowel Movement, which makes some of this conversation a little silly to read.

What about my military hats? Am I doomed? Edited: I got a picture to work on my first try. WooHoo

Sounds quick and easy. Awesome!

This page has some good IT band stretches: http://www.runningwithsass.com/it-band-stretches/ Foam roller is also great for all types of pain/soreness from exercising. You can use it not just for the IT band but hamstrings, glutes, and quads as well (or anything else that bothers you).

Search the groups for Happy Herbivores. Tons of vegans there :-) There are a couple of vegan specific groups but they don't have as much activity as Happy Herbivores.
