Weird. I have no idea

I like sun warrior - their classic protein powders are made from rice protein. I've only tried their classic chocolate one though. I mix it up in smoothies. www.sunwarrior.com

fresh fruit or frozen? Usually my smoothies will melt if I wait that long to eat it because I use frozen fruit so it thaws if I leave it out. Did you do anything differently than how you've made smoothies before (if you have)?

Me too! It can be below freezing outside and my armpits will still sweat when I walk around.

Enell looks great and I wished it worked for me (I seem to be inbetween sizes; couldn't get into one and the next up was a bit too big). I like moving comfort. I have the maia which I looked at and it goes up to a 44DD - they may have other bras that go higher http://www.movingcomfort.com/Maia/350011,default,pd.html

I use a workout tip jar (you can see it in my picture and I have a description on my profile). I'm also hoping to look good in my maid-of-honor dress at my best friends wedding in May

I like sun warrior (http://www.sunwarrior.com/). I get their classic chocolate and mix it with frozen fruit and unsweetened soy milk

So water looks fine. Definitely add more fruit - it's easy to add to cereal and oatmeal. I also generally take some fruit with me to work for a snack; I personally find apples very filling which is great for mid-day when I start to feel a little hungry. Avocados, like a previous poster mentioned, are also helpful for…

You're going to have to tell us a bit about what you're eating now. Generally, constipation is caused by not getting enough fiber and/or water, so you could try eating more fruits/veggies and make sure you're hydrated. Not sure about the headaches.

I would also suggest going to a good running store and talking to them about sports bras. They tend to be really knowledgeable and will help you find the right bra for your bust size. I especially suggest this if you have ample breasts. I'm a 32DDD and I got some really good advice and tried on bras at the store to find…

I never really understood naming plant based concoctions the same as meat. I don't call my slices of tofu "tofu steaks," I just call it tofu. Otherwise it just confuses people. I also never really understood trying to make vegan products that taste like real meat. Maybe it's just me because I became vegan because I don't…

I have a Fitbit One and love it! I also have digifit on my phone that I use during workouts, and it syncs with the Fitbit website which is really nice. I don't know much about the other devices you mentioned; all I know about jawbone up is that my dad tried it and said it was really inaccurate - but your friends may…

I remember that feeling and being so proud of myself! Then about a year later I finished my first triathlon. It's pretty amazing what the body can do when we really work at it :-D

I've had a fitbit since soon after the company started (about 3 years ago). I love it and couldn't imagine not having it. I joined MFP after having fitbit for awhile so I don't really know MFP without my fitbit. I think it's great because I don't have to log things into MFP - fitbit just syncs and MFP adjusts.

I have a birthmark above my left knee that looks like Japan

Just in case you don't already know, the Navy PT test (PRT) is push-ups, crunches, and a 1.5 mi run. You can substitute a 500m swim for the run, and some commands will let you do a bike or elliptical instead of the run. You can find all the standards (to include body fat standards) at http://www.navy-prt.com Good luck with…

My mom had a baby who was born with Anacephaly. Back then it wasn't picked up as easily as it is now so she didn't know until her third trimester. She lived for a few hours after the c-section. Her name was Ann and she would have been about 30/31 now (I'm 28). My parents have a little Christmas ornament that is a newborn…

I just read the road map 2.0 today. When I went through the calculations I realized MFP had me eating under my BMR (MFP wanted me to eat 1290 and the Katch-McArdle Forumla has my BMR at 1391). Definitely decided to change that! So I guess I'm a road map follower as of today!

French bread, salt and vinegar Pringles.

+1. I love using my scale to measure my food. It keeps my honest. Helpful for fruits and veggies, but even more helpful for higher calorie things like pasta - I never really knew what a serving size of pasta was until I got a scale and actually measured out the 2oz the box said was a serving.

I WISH I would lose some of my boobs! I have been a DDD since I was 14 - I've been up and down in weight several times since then and I've never lost or gain from my chest. I mean, I agree with most of you -> I don't want to be flat chested or anything. But it would be great if I went down to a D or something. *sigh* guess…

Swimming is the best full body workout that I know of.

Congrats! :-D

I have to say I rarely find things on forums that actually make me laugh out loud. This one definitely did! Congrats!

I'm on the taller end of the group here, 5'3." I started out medical school 3.5 years ago at 140lbs. A couple of weeks ago I weighed in at my highest at 163.2. I actually think that if I wasn't active duty military I would have gained a lot more, but since I have weigh-ins and physical fitness tests every 6 months, I've…

I knew/suspected some of what was in this interview, but reading that made me realize that it was worse than I had thought/known. I had always suspected that their "weeks" weren't always 7 days. I've also heard that after the finale a lot of them gain it back because they were so secluded during the weight loss, and even…

Unless you're diabetic don't worry about the sugar in fruit. Many professionals will even tell you not to count it if it came from a whole food. Try to stay away from things that have added sugar (which includes a lot of commercially made fruit juice).

Good Luck! :-)

I add it. It probably doesn't really matter. While 8 cups of water is the general standard the better way to determine good hydration is actually the color of your urine. Clear = good; yellow = bad (if you've taken a multivitamin with excess Vit C then your urine may look yellow due to the excess Vit C; just FYI).

Happy Herbavores is a great group here on MFP. We share lots of recipes and there are tons of us new(er) vegans to support each other. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/62-happy-herbivores
