It is the exact same thing for me!! I can Not completely cut out foods or they become an obsession for me! I have learned after almost 26 year of food issues that a balanced approach most of the time is the only thing that is sustainable for me. I just have to balance out my weekends a bit more lol!

I won't re do my quote again but my average weight for feb was 158.2 and my weight this morning is 156.6. Really enjoy tracking averages. I really see the trend now and I am less sad when I see the number go up. Great idea!! 6.6 pounds to goal😀

Here are my numbers. My average body fat according to my scale for Jan is 25.4 and MM is 38.7. Of course I know my scale isn't completely accurate but the numbers are going in the right direction! Looking forward to seeing the numbers in February.
