i eat between 5 and 6.oo i agree that it doesn't matter what time you eat as long as you maintain a deficit...i don't sleep well on a full stomach.

i just updated mine about 2 hours or so ago because i was like, that doesn't even look like me...lol...it was 2 1/2 years...but now it's 1 week old!

i had planned to ask the same thing. i know MFP estimates a ridiculous high number when i have put in exercise before that the machine just didn't give me (based on my heart rate)...make sure those calories burned are correct before eating them all back!

i weigh every morning before i get in the shower (naked) but only "count it" once per week on monday's. there is fluctuation but it helps keep me focused.

my couple of bad days turned into 7 months and 15 extra pounds... give yourself credit for admitting it... lol @ pull man card now...hilarious!

i agree completely...if i try to freestyle my menu, i'm in for a problem...lol...i typically plan each day the evening before...works much better for me.

when my daughter was little (and before i become serious about losing weight) she came up and gave me a hug and was like "oh, mom, i'm so proud you have lost weight!". i was confused and asked her why she thought that... her reply? i can get my arms around you... as she grew, her arms had gotten longer...not me…

just reading this made me hungry...but the first killer food that popped into my mind was my favorite mashed potatoes...i know potatoes aren't a "no-no" food but they are after i mix ranch dressing, bacon and cheese in with them... to die for!! and if i kept eating them and all the rest of my junk...i probably would have...

Wash the area well, with soap, and then dry well. It's important it's dried well. Using a hairdryer on cool setting works very well, and it makes sure you are dry. Add the powder and sleep. Do it last thing at night...
