I work 830-530 every day. I have to get myself up at 6 to get myself and my 2 year old ready. I dont get home till almost 6 at night. That's not a lot of time to make dinner and care for my son. I have to keep my self occupied with something else. Sometimes that means scrubbing the bathroom or kitchen floor. Get lost in a good book. I did that a bunch this week. Ive been running as soon as I get home so I eat a late dinner and don't have time to snack.

I have not changed my workout since I've been at goal. Only because I have a running goal of completing a half marathon in March 2014. Depending on my week I run anywhere from 3-4 days a week with a day of cross training in between.
