You guys bring up many good points. I am in the serving industry and now I feel real foolish for thinking I can lift weights and serve till 1am. I think one day of lots of rest will put me back on my A game. This site is awesome. You guys are like my fitness internet moms. :)

Thanks guys. My throat and my tummy feel real uneasy. I feel guilty but you're right. One day of rest won't kill me. My body will be thanking me tomorrow.

I just started NMTZ. I use 10 lbs weights and 5-7 lbs. For my weaker muscles. She says to only use 3 lbs but I like a good challenge as long as it doesn't affect the quality of my reps. Ripped in 30 works! Just make sure you eat right. I just got done with it and started the No More Trouble Zones. I noticed I was a lot stronger. I lost quite a few inches.
